Customer Support Specialist

3D-Side is a Belgian company active in the medical sector which assists surgeons by integrating 3D technologies in the operating theater. We support surgeons and medical device companies to plan complex interventions, providing them with a custom-made software web platform and patient-specific instruments to perform the surgery and ensure the good follow-up of the manufacturing process. 

Key responsibilities 


Customer Satisfaction


  • Collect and log the feedback/incidents reported by our customers via email

  • Provide an answer to all questions related to our software and investigate the potential incidents reported

  • Follow-up and coordinate the resolution of these incidents together with the appropriate stakeholders (software developers, surgical application specialists)

  • Report to your manager and the quality department about any critical incident that could impact the functioning of the software, or the safety of the patients involved

  • Ensure the satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our services by supporting and helping them in the use of our software

Maintenance of the Software


  • Participate to the test of new functionalities of our software

  • Coordinate the deployment of new versions of the software with our customers and internal departments

  • Communicate and train our customers on new functionalities of the software

  • Support our internal departments by documenting releases, deployments, and training manuals

Must Have


  • Customer oriented

  • English Reading/Writing/Speaking

  • A previous experience in a similar software testing or customer support function is a bonus
