Tumor size is no barrier!

For this case, the tumor was primarily located on the ilium, crossing the SI joint. Through careful and precise planning, we achieved a preserving resection on the sacral side.

A simple and tiny one-plane guide assisted the surgeons in completing the resection at the level of the acetabulum.

A great positive highlight: the pathology report confirmed an R0 resection, meaning that there were no tumor cells detected at the edges of the removed tissue. Great job! 💪💯
